SCHEDULED MAINTAINENCE – Customer Mail Migration will be doing maintenance and upgrades to our mail services mid-next week. Starting at roughly 10pm on June 18, the following servers will be offline for a window of 1 hour:

During this time, mail01 will be changing to be called ‘hstmail-01’. All domains and accounts hosted on this server will not be affected, providing MX records are changed to reflect this change. The IP address will not be changing. Additionally, during this time, staff email will be unavailable, so please use our phone support if you need help during this period.

If you are using for mail,and your domains are managed by a third party, you will NOT RECEIVE MAIL until you change your MX records to reflect this change.

If you are a customer of our managed hosting solutions, no action is required at this time.
