Bravecom uses a ticketing system to better serve you. If you have a support issue, it’s best to open a ticket.
Our ticket system helps us manage your case, and make sure all technicians working on your issue have the same information.
(When you call us, we normally open a ticket. You can check the status of a pre-existing ticket here if you have a ticket number or an email address on file.)
